A small company that grew the slow way — one referral at a time. Today VoxCast employs 48 trained cleaners and serves more than 5,400 households and offices across Malaysia.
From two cars in Damansara to a 48-strong team
VoxCast was founded by Aisyah Rahman and Daniel Ng — a former hotel housekeeping supervisor and a logistics planner who got tired of patchy, unreliable contract cleaners. They pooled RM 18,000, bought two Toyota Avanzas, and started cleaning the homes of friends and ex-colleagues in Damansara and TTDI.
The original promise has not changed: hire people directly, train them properly, and pay them more than the going rate. The rest — the supervisors, the SOP binders, the EcoCert supply chain — was built around that one rule.
Twelve years on we still book Aisyah for every new client’s first appointment. It keeps us honest about how the work actually feels at the door.

Shoes off, voices low, items returned to where they were found. Your space is treated like a museum, not a worksite.
Honest pricing
Written quotes only. No hourly creep, no cleaning-product surcharges, no “oh, the oven was extra.”
Continuous training
Six-week induction, monthly refreshers, quarterly reviews. Cleaning is a craft, and we treat it that way.
Environmental care
Eco-certified concentrates, microfibre over paper, sorted waste at every visit. The planet is our largest stakeholder.
The slow road from one neighbourhood to the entire Klang Valley
- 2012 · Two cars, twelve clients Aisyah and Daniel begin cleaning friends’ apartments in Damansara and TTDI on weekends, alongside their day jobs.
- 2015 · First full-time crew Eight employees on payroll, the first written SOPs, and a tiny office above a Subang sundry shop.
- 2018 · Commercial division opens Office and clinic contracts begin after a referral from Sunway Medical staff. Insurance cover expands to RM 1m.
- 2020 · COVID protocols, then post-reno line Pandemic disinfection work leads to a dedicated post-renovation team using HEPA vacs and antimicrobial fogging.
- 2024 · 5,000+ households served Headquarters moves to Menara Citibank. EcoCert switch completed across all consumables. 96% renewal rate sustained.
