Yes — all crews arrive with the full kit: vacuum, mop systems, microfibre cloths, eco-certified detergents, and disinfectants suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and clinical environments. If you prefer us to use your own products (common with allergy-sensitive households), simply leave them out and our team will use them instead.
Residential pricing starts from RM 120 per visit and varies with floor area, condition and frequency. Office, commercial and post-renovation jobs are quoted after a site visit or detailed photo brief — we never charge a quoting fee. Recurring clients receive volume-based discounts on the published rate.
Every employee passes police clearance and a six-week training programme before stepping into a customer property. They are paid in-house, never sub-contracted from third parties, and we maintain a roster system so that — wherever possible — the same crew returns to your address each visit.
We carry RM 1,000,000 in public liability cover and a separate goods-in-care policy. In the rare event something is damaged, you tell the supervisor, we file the claim that same day and arrange repair or replacement directly through our insurer.
Weekly and fortnightly schedules can usually start within 72 hours. One-off deep cleans and post-renovation appointments are most flexible mid-week; weekends fill up two to three weeks ahead, especially around Hari Raya and Chinese New Year.
