A Kuala Lumpur cleaning company, run by people who actually clean

VoxCast started in 2012 with two Toyota Avanzas, a basement office in Damansara and a stubborn belief that cleaning could be done with the same care given to good hospitality. A decade later, we still send the same supervisor — Nurul — to every new client on their first appointment.

Every team member is hired in-house, trained for six weeks before stepping into a customer’s home, and paid above the Malaysian minimum wage with EPF and SOCSO covered. Because the people who do the work should be rewarded for doing it well.

Which areas in Malaysia do you cover?

VoxCast operates across the entire Klang Valley: Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Damansara, Puchong, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and Selangor townships within roughly a 40 km radius of Menara Citibank. For destinations further out — Genting, Port Dickson, Melaka — we are happy to quote with travel hours included.

Do you supply your own cleaning products and equipment?

Yes — all crews arrive with the full kit: vacuum, mop systems, microfibre cloths, eco-certified detergents, and disinfectants suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and clinical environments. If you prefer us to use your own products (common with allergy-sensitive households), simply leave them out and our team will use them instead.

How do you price your services?

Residential pricing starts from RM 120 per visit and varies with floor area, condition and frequency. Office, commercial and post-renovation jobs are quoted after a site visit or detailed photo brief — we never charge a quoting fee. Recurring clients receive volume-based discounts on the published rate.

Can I trust the people coming into my home?

Every employee passes police clearance and a six-week training programme before stepping into a customer property. They are paid in-house, never sub-contracted from third parties, and we maintain a roster system so that — wherever possible — the same crew returns to your address each visit.

What happens if something gets damaged?

We carry RM 1,000,000 in public liability cover and a separate goods-in-care policy. In the rare event something is damaged, you tell the supervisor, we file the claim that same day and arrange repair or replacement directly through our insurer.

How far ahead should I book?

Weekly and fortnightly schedules can usually start within 72 hours. One-off deep cleans and post-renovation appointments are most flexible mid-week; weekends fill up two to three weeks ahead, especially around Hari Raya and Chinese New Year.
