Cookie policy
A short, honest description of every cookie used on this website and how to control them.
Last updated: 14 April 2026. Used together with our privacy policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved in your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember preferences, identify returning visitors and run analytics. Some are essential; many are not.
The cookies we use
We keep this list deliberately short. The full inventory at the time of writing:
- vc_consent — Stores your cookie banner choice (accepted or rejected). Necessary. Expires after 180 days.
- PHPSESSID — Maintains your form session and CSRF token. Necessary. Expires when you close the browser.
- _vc_lang — Saves your preferred language if you choose one in the future. Functional. Expires after 12 months.
- _vcs — Anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (first-party). Analytics. Expires after 90 days.
Third-party cookies
This website does not embed third-party trackers (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising networks). Embedded fonts are loaded from Google Fonts under a strict CSP. If you opt in to a future Google Maps integration on the contact page, Google may set its own cookies — we will surface that in this list at that time.
Managing your preferences
You can change your consent at any time by clicking the small circular icon in the bottom-left corner of any page. Browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) also let you block or delete cookies for individual sites; this site continues to function without analytics cookies, though some features rely on the essential ones to operate.
Do Not Track signals
If your browser sends a Do Not Track header, we honour it: analytics cookies are skipped automatically, regardless of the cookie banner state.
Updates to this policy
When we add or remove a cookie, this page is updated and the “last updated” date is bumped. Significant changes — such as the introduction of a new third-party service — are also flagged in the cookie banner for 30 days.
