Yes. VoxCast carries RM 1,000,000 public liability cover plus a separate goods-in-care policy. Certificates are shared at contract signing and renewed annually — your procurement team can request them at any time.
Do you sign NDAs for sensitive workplaces?
Routinely. Law firms, family offices and clinical practices in our portfolio all sit under standard NDAs covering both VoxCast as a company and individual crew members assigned to your contract.
How quickly can you mobilise a new contract?
For sites under 5,000 sq ft, we can usually deploy within 5 working days of a signed scope. Larger contracts (multi-floor, multi-site) take 2 – 3 weeks, mostly because we recruit and train dedicated staff for the account before going live.
What hygiene standards do you follow for clinics?
Clinic and aesthetic contracts follow the MoH “Garis Panduan Pengurusan Pembersihan” for healthcare premises, layered with our own colour-coded equipment SOP to prevent cross-contamination between treatment rooms.
