What a standard residential visit looks like
Two cleaners, two and a half hours for a 1,100 sq ft condo (give or take). One supervisor walks the property with you on arrival, agrees the priorities for the day, and signs off with a photo report on WhatsApp before leaving.

How frequency changes the price
One-off cleans cost more per visit because they take longer — old build-up means more time. Recurring schedules are easier on the team and on your wallet. Most VoxCast clients land on a fortnightly rhythm and add a deep clean every quarter.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Not at all. Most regular clients give us access via a smart lock, condo concierge or a hidden key arrangement. The supervisor sends a photo report at the end of every visit so you can review the work remotely.
Can I keep the same cleaners every week?
Yes — our rostering system is designed around continuity. Unless one of your usual team members is on leave, you will see the same two faces on every appointment. We always introduce a substitute in advance via WhatsApp.
What if I have pets at home?
Tell us at booking. We have crew members who are comfortable with dogs, cats and small mammals. We can also adjust products to remove residues that irritate pet skin, and we always close doors as instructed.
Can you handle laundry and ironing?
Yes. Wash & fold laundry is included in the regular visit when machine-loaded by you in advance. Hand-wash, dry cleaning drop-off and full-volume ironing can be added as an extra at RM 35–55 per session.
